File Preview Failure After Removing Offline Availability

Description
Files marked as 'Available Offline' cannot be browsed, yet they become accessible once the 'Available Offline' status is removed. However, after removing the offline availability, the files become completely inaccessible; neither redownloading, restarting the app, nor clearing the cache allows them to be browsed again (see attached screenshot).
