Is v2 already available?

### Describe the Bug

This README.md mentions a v2 version which drops the component-path parameter and uses the `atmos-gitops-config-path`. However, it looks like `cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2` is not a valid action? And I also don't see a `v2` within the tags on the Github repo.

Could it be this v2 version still needs to be published?

VSCode produces this warning:

Using `cloudposse/github-action-atmos-terraform-plan@v2` should work as expected.
