Suggested by @Paul-Hebert:
> It would be nice to be able to skip the first step (crawling for URLs) if you have a reliable sitemap.xml to speed things up. I think you could probably do this by converting it to a CSV and then manually running the other commands but I wonder if this could be streamlined?
