Description
As an end user I should be able to include my own endpoints.
As end user (no admin)
I want to be able to add my own endpoints,
so I can add my K8s test cluster or CF endpoints without asking the admin
and they are not visible to other users

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing endpoint-management and user-access flows, then determine how personal endpoints can be stored and isolated from other users; done means a non-admin can add a private endpoint and other users cannot see it.
