Research direction
The issue names no files or tests; start by tracing the manifest deployment flow and the stepper's “App Summary” action. Define how optional command-line overrides, multiple application GUIDs, and GitHub/GitLab redeploy tabs should behave, then verify the summary action and multi-application deployment end to end.
