Description

From @richard-cox on December 6, 2017 15:37

If so how should this be done?

Need to retroactively add to anywhere we currently should show notification

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the existing add, delete, and update flows in the Stratos UI and any current notification patterns; done means agreeing on a reusable success-notification approach and applying it wherever those actions need feedback.
