Request to create new repository: cloudfoundry/bosh-gdc-cpi-release

Summary

We would like to request the creation of a new repository under the cloudfoundry organization: cloudfoundry/bosh-gdc-cpi-release.

This repository will host the official Cloud Foundry BOSH Cloud Provider Interface (CPI) release for Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) air-gapped infrastructure. This is the companion repository to bosh-gdc-stemcell-builder (requested in #1609).
