Description

The following code results in a memory leak:

It is not reproducible locally (macOS). We deploy this as a CloudFoundry app (linux).

It is not reproducible with version 5.7.0.

Start with the supplied Main.java and CloudFoundryService.java reproducer, then trace getClient(), connectionContext(), and the DefaultConnectionContext stack frames in the report. Run the repeated calls on Linux or Cloud Foundry and compare behavior with versions 5.7.0 and 5.8.0. Done means the repeated calls no longer exhaust direct buffer memory and the regression is covered by a reproducible verification.
