Links on the right column don't work

The 'Explore', 'Local' and 'Federated' links don't send you to the page on click, despite showing in the bottom left (the browser mini popup hint) as redirecting you to there. I believe the relevant file is [here](https://github.com/cloudflare/wildebeest/blob/main/frontend/src/components/layout/RightColumn/RightColumn.tsx) for anyone who's got an idea as to why/a fix.
