Failed to execute package install commands

On multiple occasions, the platform has struggled to execute package installation commands during normal project generation, even with straightforward prompts.

"Build me a smart project management platform that assigns tasks, predicts delays, and optimizes team workflows based on real-time performance data."

The issue isn’t limited to a specific package. I’ve seen similar issueswhen asking the platform to add common libraries like the Tiptap editor. The same request will sometimes work and other times fail.

When I ask the platform to add specific packages or third-party libraries, it often struggles to install them. The install step fails and leaves the project in a broken/incomplete state.
