### Describe the Bug

When deploying a Cloudflare Workers template that uses Browser Rendering, the UI says that Browser Rendering is a paid feature.

However, Browser Rendering works on the Free plan. I was able to deploy the template and use the `BROWSER` binding successfully.

The UI message seems outdated or incorrect and should be removed or updated to clarify any actual Free plan limits.

Research direction

Search the repository for the Browser Rendering and paid-feature wording used during template deployment. Check the message against the Free plan behavior and any documented limits, then remove or update the incorrect wording. Deploy the template and verify that the BROWSER binding still works and the UI no longer mislabels the feature.
