Proposal: standard triage bundle for auth and startup failures

Hi maintainers,

I want to propose a small reliability feature: a standard triage bundle command for common startup and auth failures.

Suggested output fields:
- runtime + worker version
- config source path/profile
- token presence + scope summary (redacted)
- gateway endpoint and last disconnect reason code
- recent error timeline with correlation IDs

Why this helps:
- faster support turnaround
- fewer ambiguous bug reports
- reproducible diagnostics for intermittent issues
