Description

1. CF_AI_GATEWAY_ACCOUNT_ID seems redundant with CF_ACCOUNT_ID. (Perhaps, in theory, these could be two different accounts, but that seems unlikely.)
2. CLOUDFLARE_AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY - why is this variable CLOUDFLARE_ instead of CF_ like all the rest?
3. CLOUDFLARE_AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY - the new description says "Your AI provider's API key, passed through the gateway (e.g., your Anthropic API key)" but I hope this is incorrect. In the previous version of moltworker, AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY was the Cloudflare AI Gateway Token and you could use Unified Billing and let Cloudflare handle an API key for Anthropic - you did NOT need your own Anthropic API key. As far as I can tell, it is still possible to use CLOUDFLARE_AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY to pass a Cloudflare AI Gateway Token and you still do NOT need an Anthropic API Key.
