Add Kumo to Cloudflare Discord?

Hey!

I am really excited about this library. I already use some CF stuff frequently, a nice part of my setup uses it.

My intention for the last few years is exactly is to move out of shadcn and move to a lib just like Kumo, so it's in my interests that it keeps growing, improving and get more mature and with more components.

There's https://discord.com/invite/cloudflaredev. Could Kumo show there and also in the Readme? That would help to popularize and get more people using, reviewing and giving ideas to it.

Start by reviewing the repository README and the Cloudflare Developers Discord invite linked in the issue. Confirm where Kumo should be presented in the README and whether the Discord community accepts library listings; done means Kumo is appropriately mentioned in both places.
