The rankings need to be updated

I noticed many of the AS rankings are wrong, i.e. CloudFlare (AS13335) is [currently listed as 1,819](https://github.com/cloudflare/isbgpsafeyet.com/blob/767a5d07cbf18911858ab5c7eb6ec21e0c8e8cfd/data/operators.csv#L198), but [asrank.caida.org has it as 187](https://asrank.caida.org/asns?asn=AS13335)

I would submit a patch to fix this, but with 25 open PRs, it would cause a lot of conflicts if merged. Would it make sense to break the rankings out to a separate file that can be updated more frequently, i.e. maybe on a schedule using [the asrank.caida.org API](https://api.asrank.caida.org/v2/docs)?

Start with data/operators.csv, especially the CloudFlare entry, and review the asrank.caida.org API documentation linked in the issue. Determine how the rankings could be separated and updated more frequently without conflicting with the existing open PRs; done means the proposed update path is defined and the displayed rankings can be kept current.
