💡Allow more regions to be used from CLI --region parameter

The [documentation](https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/connections/connect-networks/configure-tunnels/tunnel-run-parameters/#region) doesn't explain why regions outside the US are not permitted, which raises some confusion. It would be helpful to have a clear explanation for this restriction.

The main issue I'm encountering is that my server, hosted in Germany, consistently connects to French locations. Allowing the option to override more locations would likely improve performance and reduce ping.
