🐛 Cloudflare Tunnel painfully slow, tunnel via SSH is OK

**Describe the bug**

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Just make a tunnel

If it's an issue with Cloudflare Tunnel:
4. Tunnel ID: 8d94c4a4-d5ea-4d58-b6cd-5a03aa77106e
5. cloudflared config: `ExecStart=/usr/bin/cloudflared tunnel run --token xxx`

**Expected behavior**

Tunnel is about the same speed as direct SSH connection (80% is OK)

**Environment and versions**
- OS: Linux Ubuntu
- Architecture: x86x64
- Version: cloudflared version 2024.8.2 (built 2024-08-06-1218 UTC)
