**Describe the feature you'd like**
Due to security reasons, I would like to turn off external telemetry. However, as I can see, there is no option to do so.
**Additional context**
[There is sentryDSN hardcoded](https://github.com/cloudflare/cloudflared/blob/db239e7319243c9cd80d82a570bd4cb661730c72/cmd/cloudflared/access/cmd.go#L54). And it could not be overrided or disabled
