Description
**Describe the bug**
The closest Cloudflare PoP for me is KUL, where it works amazingly. However, it started to connect to HKG and KIX. It caused huge lag where everything is unusable.
If it's an issue with Cloudflare Tunnel:

**Expected behavior**
I expect cloudflared to connect to the nearest and quickest PoP, which is either KUL or SIN. HKG and KIX is just too far and slow, and does not make sense.
