Publish package on Docker registry

Thank you for providing this great package. I couldn't help but notice that there wasn't a public Docker package to use without building one myself. Is there any reason for that?

Start by locating the repository's Docker packaging and release configuration, then determine how a public registry package would be built and published. Done means a documented, repeatable public Docker package is available without requiring users to build it themselves.
