Can't bypass Bot Fight mode on False Positive with Custom IP Rule

So which one is it? Can you bypass through Custom Rule, IP source + skip? (because it doesn't work, nothing works on a Free account, not even Custom Config Rules)

So besides disabling Bot Fight Mode completely, is there *ANY* other way to bypass it (on a Free account). If yes could you please point out the correct / current documentation for it?

### Actual Behavior

Set a Custom Rule (IP Source) to Skip all components.
All requests from IP get challenged anyway and rule never kicks in.

### Expected Behavior

Custom IP Rule is honored and skips Bot Fighting Mode challenge.

### Additional information

No amount of Custom Rules or Config Rules is being honored on a Free Plan, to avoid Bot Fighting Mode.
Unclear as to how this can be achieve without completely disabling Bot Fighting mode, on a Free account.
