Global API Key (legacy) links to non-legacy API key page

### What changes are you suggesting?

I was looking for https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens (containing the global api key), but the page links to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/api-tokens which is not the right place; it shows you the other type of tokens.

Open the existing documentation page at https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/api/get-started/keys/ and inspect the link to the API key location. Update it so the Global API Key link points to https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens, then verify that it no longer points to the account API tokens page.
