Description

### Proposed changes

https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/network-ports/

### Subject Matter

Information about how Cloudflare handles non-standard ports

### Content Location

https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/reference/network-ports/

### Additional information

Hello, in the current documentation there is no detailed information (or rather its sort of vague) about which ports can be used where, like client-side, or origin-side.
It would be helpful if the docs detailed which ports are allowed / disallowed, and where it has an effect.

Also this information could be written directly in the dashboard, for example in "Origin rules", but maybe this should be suggested elsewhere.
Thanks
