Keyless - AWS Hardware Security Module needs update due to deprecation of HSMv1

AWS HSM V1 is now deprecated (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cloudhsm/latest/userguide/compliance-dep-notif.html),
The instructions on this page refer to the old cloudhsm SDK3 client (key_mgmt_utils) which will be not relevant soon

### What changes are you suggesting?

The documentation need to be updated to include instructions on how to import keys with AWS HSM v2 and cloudhsm-cli with SDK 5

### Additional information

i have been working recently with AWS Service team to generate the required procedure for this and will open a PR once ready
