Adding OIDs for MS LDAPS style of certificates

Hi folks. Not sure if this is something I'm just missing, or not necessary, but when looking at the [MS documentation for generating SSL Certs for use with LDAPS](https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/2980.ldap-over-ssl-ldaps-certificate.aspx) it seems as if I should be adding "KDC Authentication" and "Smart Card Logon" usages.
I can't see those in the `config.go` array of usages, so not sure how to proceed.
