Provide warning in Scan for certificate expiration dates that cause browser warnings (expiration in 2016)

Suggestion: if a valid certificate has an expiration warning too far in the future (2016) and browsers such as Chrome will warn end visitors about the "outdated security settings", then flag that in the Scan output, as a warning, at least.
