Description
As Dilithium (https://pq-crystals.org/dilithium/data/dilithium-specification-round2.pdf) has been recently added to CIRCL (https://github.com/cloudflare/circl/pull/87), it might be worth adding it here, so some parts of the PKI are rendered post-quantum safe. This issue is created to track the ideas/problems/concerns around this.
