The readme says
> Boringtun is currently undergoing a restructuring. You should probably not rely on or link to the master branch right now. Instead you should use the crates.io page.
The note was added [a bit over a year ago](https://github.com/cloudflare/boringtun/commit/28e0df8263c3f174b23b9df5f6b246c00d4dd878) and it looks like [there have been release(s) from the repository since](https://github.com/cloudflare/boringtun/pull/298). Is it still relevant?
