API for sending/reading emails?

Hey, this is cool.

Quick question: is there (or will there be) a simple API to send/read emails from outside the app?

I get that email APIs already exist, so maybe that’s not the goal here, but exposing a few endpoints at this layer could still be really useful (basically using this as an email + AI processing layer from other apps).

If that doesn’t make sense for the direction of the project, a quick clarification would help.
