**What is the purpose of the module?**
We have portworkx storage required as mandatory pre-requisite for CP4d setup.
We need to ensure that installation id has **administrative privilege** both on **cluster as well as portworx enterprise storage** application. Recently came across this issue while setting up "Accenture" MAS setup
