Description
There are 129 block storage volumes in the `toolkit-dev` resource group at https://cloud.ibm.com/vpc-ext/storage/storageVolumes
I suspect a good number of these are orphaned, and there will probably be more by the time we get to cleaning these up.
We should have a script to cleanup all orphaned/unused volumes.
