Issue on Controls: terraform execution on 200-openshift-gitops fails with error

**Describe the bug**
While performing terraform execution on **200-openshift-gitops** directory, getting the error _command not found_ in `gitops-console-link-job` module.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Build **200-openshift-gitops** automation using latest iascable (v2.17.2)
2. Used latest `launch.sh` containing `quay.io/cloudnativetoolkit/cli-tools:v1.2-v2.2.7`
3. Execute `launch.sh`
4. Execute terraform automation on 200-openshift-gitops directory. Solution created is available here: https://github.com/dimallya/cp4s-automation

**Expected behavior**
`terraform apply` should complete successfully.
