Start with the README and the IBM Cloud BOM paths for 1-quickstart, 2-standard, and 3-advanced listed in the issue. Check the VPC with VSIs and VPC with Red Hat OpenShift sections, the manual Terraform-layer instructions, rendered images, and the Colima runtime guidance.
