**Describe the bug**

Tells you:
> If you have access to multiple IBM Cloud accounts you may find the [IBM Cloud cluster fast-switching tool (icc)](https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/resources/ibm-cloud/icc/) of use. The icc tool is installed as part of the Cloud-Native Toolkit CLI.
That link directs you to https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/resources/ibm-cloud/icc/, which tells you to go back to where you were (https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/learning/dev-setup/) to install icc. So there's no clear instructions how to install `icc`. The only installation instructions on that page are for installing the Cloud-Native Toolkit CLI (`npm i -g @ibmgaragecloud/cloud-native-toolkit-cli`)
To install `icc`, you should actually use the install script from here: https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/cloud-shell-commands
