Web Console link from Developer Dashboard is not linking to correct URL and presenting an unauthorised web page view

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Developer Dashboard on IKS
2. Click on WebConsole link
3. See error
**Expected behavior**
Should take you to the Kubernetes Connsole.
