Description
An implementation of the interface needs to be provided here for Gitea - https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/ibm-garage-cloud-cli/tree/main/src/api/git
Additionally, the logic to determine the type of repo needs to be updated to include Gitea - https://github.com/cloud-native-toolkit/ibm-garage-cloud-cli/blob/main/src/api/git/util.ts#L42
