OCP 4.7 Cluster on Roks. Created Tekton Pipeline and the Event Listener pod stuck in CrashLoopBackOff with event:
Liveness probe failed: Get "http://172.30.206.239:8000/live": dial tcp 172.30.206.239:8000: connect: connection refused
