Update helm template starter kit for route to take a path

During the [AppModernization workshop lab](https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/workshop/appmod) in the toolkit the URL on the topology view brings the liberty server base path, then user needs to append path.

David discovered that if the route has a path, the topology UI URL would work out of the box.

The work item is to update the route template in helm to accept an optional `path` field, then add this to the values.yaml in the app-mode-liberty solution
