**Describe the bug**
ibm-helm-release-v2-3-0 - typo - 'artifactory-access' is misspelled in error message for artifactory_url - spelling is 'artifactory-acess'
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to task 'ibm-helm-release-v2-3-0'
2. Scroll down to script section where artifactory_url is checked for existence
4. observe error message when artifactory_url does not exist - artifactory-access is misspelled as artifactory-acess
**Expected behavior**
artifactory-access should be spelled correctly
