Description
Inspired by `dapr` we should have an `igc status` command that will list the resources that are installed as part of the toolkit (tools, configmaps, secrets, etc) and their current health. Perhaps with a flag a deeper validation can be performed to ensure that the credentials in the secrets are valid. Show errors and warnings if pieces are missing.
We know which components are installed as part of the toolkit through the labels and annotations we include on the resources.
