Maureen wants to be able to build an installable component that supports the requirements for FS Cloud deployment

This requires a number of changes:

- Add information to the module metadata to indicate that the module is FS Cloud compliant
- FS Cloud compliance is (most often) a matter of different required fields and additional configuration performed. E.g. For MongoDB to be FS Cloud compliant it needs to be encrypted with Hyper Protect. The fields are there but are required for FS Cloud. Since the logic is the same but the metadata is different, modules should support publishing more than one entry to the catalog with different configuration.
