**Describe the bug**
The link in the Continuous Delivery page is pointing to the Artifactory Setup, instead of the ArgoCD Setup.
**To Reproduce**
1. https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/guides/continuous-delivery/#configuring-gitops-with-argo-cd
2. Click ArgoCD Setup link.
3. You will be directed to the Artifactory Setup page (https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/admin/artifactory-setup/) instead of the ArgoCD Setup one (https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/admin/argocd-setup)
**Expected behavior**
Point to the right page
