Update the Artifactory Setup docuementation

In the artifactory setup page under Kubernetes and OpenShift 3 section

Issue one: I think we should tell them to click the **Edit** (pencil icon) to edit the secret/yaml and after making updates click the **Update** button when done. You can't edit the fields directly so steps need to be updated.

Issue two: The last step in the list of changes is incomplete. it says `Find the ARTIFACTORY_PASSWORD value (under data) and paste in the`. This sentence should say to paste (or replace the current password with) your new admin password that you reset in steps above. Also, this value needs to be Base64 encoded.
