We need a better name for the assets

The consensus from the community is that the collection of assets that have been produced will be called the `Garage Cloud-native Toolkit`. It is comprised of
- Iteration Zero terraform components and related container image to run them
- Configuration to stitch together the open source components
- Code Patterns as starters and references for getting started (including pipeline logic)
- Developer Guide

The environment that is provisioned by the Iteration Zero scripts is the `Garage Cloud-native Platform`

The current name is `IBM Garage for Cloud Developer Tools` but there are a couple of issues with this name:
1. It doesn't exactly roll off the tongue...
2. It biases heavily towards the 'Developer' persona and doesn't reflect the other principle personas supported by the tools
3. `Garage for Cloud` seems an unnecessarily distinction

So, we need a new name that addresses these issues.
