**Describe the bug**
This is no longer true only LogDNA and SysDig are created and bound,
- [ ] Overview page needs correcting
- [ ] Installation instructions need to explain how to configure PaaS servivces
- [ ] Practical Guides need to handle fact PaaS service are no longer provisioned on install
