Pipeline Error on Health Check TASK : Code Pattern AngularUI

**Describe the bug**
TASK is failing on the Health Check TASK during pipeline deploy on OCP 4.3

Get Template
Clone Repo
Change name of project
Deploy the pipeline via Tekton option

**Expected behavior**
App should be deployed successfully
