**Describe the bug**
From multiple places (e.g.; https://cloudnativetoolkit.dev/practical/cp4apps#scale-to-zero-serverless),
need to specify default registry per version docker-registry.default.svc:5000 for 3.11 and image-registry.openshift-image-registry.svc:5000 for 4.x+
