Week 2 homework error in typescript node hello-world

The "hello world" node typescript does not deploy properly from the starter kit. It works fine when running local on the workstation. However, when deployed in RHOS cluster it fails the health check because the {ingest}:80/health URL cannot be accessed. I deployed it on the IKS cluster also. On IKS it deploys and passes the health check, however any attempt to access it results in a network type error. BTW... both clusters show the URL from igc ingress -n dev-(myinitials)
