Error automatically setting up Artifactory

My quick-start install and attempt to follow "Deploy an app" (typescript starter kit) failed on the helm part.

Hopefully the attached log file pin-points the config error that led to this.

But here's what I saw:
* No errors during the quickstart.
* Pipeline failed (on test, then rerun got past it and) failed on helm
* I found out that I could not login to JFrog with admin/password. Maybe admin got locked out?
* Re-install the toolkit, I found an error in artifactory-config.log (I was watching the job). See attached file.
* In this case, however, I was able to login to JFrog, do the manual Artifactory setup, and get it working.

Not sure if the docs should say something about maybe sometimes doing the Artifactory config. I'm hoping it is just an auto-config bug.
