Feature request: support for Alpine / sdist

Hello.

Currently, tfparse wheels aren't available for Alpine (or other `linux_aarch64` musl distributions), which makes it a bit tricky to implement in an Alpine Docker build.

Would it be possible to include sdist files as part of the release, so it at least can compile if the appropriate wheel's not available, please?

Ideally a musl-based wheel would be great, too...
